About Us
Sixela Hair Studio is a vibrant, modern barber-salon rooted in the heart of Oak Park, Sacramento. Founded by Sacramento native Alexis Monteiro, a licensed stylist of seven years, Sixela started in 2018 with just one chair and a vision to blend the best of both worlds: the creativity of a salon and the culture of a barbershop.
Today, we've grown into a space full of talented barbers and stylists who love what they do. From fades and beard grooming to creative color, scissor and razor cuts, alternative styles, braids, perms, locs, silk presses, natural styling, hair + scalp treatments, and facials we do it all.

"I've been getting my hair cut with Alexa for probably close to a year, and I've always been happy with it. I like a high and tight fade with longer, stylized/combed hair on top. With previous hair stylists at different shops I was never 100% happy with the end result.
